How soon may I schedule for an appointment?

Accepted Answer

This will depend on what time of year and availability.  Normally we only need a few days notice.  Often, you can be scheduled the following day.

Do you have supra access?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We do have supra access as we are HAR affiliates.  We can also upload photos to listings saved as "Incomplete".

Question 3

Do I need to do anything before the photographer arrives?

Yes, you will need to make preparations prior to photographer arrival.  We do provide a guide that you may download for an idea on what you can do to better prepare.  Home Preparation Guide

Question 4

What is the turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Images will be ready the following day.  Videos and 3D tours may take up to 24-48 hrs to be completed.

Question 5

What if it is cloudy or raining?

Accepted Answer

We love cloudy days.  It is easier to photograph indoors and there are no harsh outdoor shadows.  We will edit in a beautiful sky.  If it is raining, we can still photograph interiors.  We will just need to reschedule exeriors for a better day.  No aerials on rainy or overly windy days.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

We need a 24 hr notice for all cancellations or reschedules.  There is a $50 fee for same day cancellation, a no show or home not ready.  This fee goes to the photographer for lost work.

Question 7

Can I schedule on the weekend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however there is an extra $50 charge for a weekend appointment.  This is based on photographer's availability.
